Appointment Cancellations

Ficocello’s of Woodbury truly appreciates and values your business.  We also value our employees. For this reason we require a cancellation notice of at least 24 hours.  Failure to show up for your scheduled appointment or give 24 hour notice will result in 100% charge of service on your credit card. Thank you for respecting what we love doing most,  Serving You!


Color and Hair Cut Adjustments (Do-over):

Ficocello’s of Woodbury stylist's stand behind their work.  If we missed the mark, it is our policy to make it right.  Call our salon and speak with our front desk manager within 48 hours of the original appointment to share your dissatisfaction.  We will gladly accommodate you for a follow-up appointment within 7 days for a hair cut and 14 days for a color, with the original stylist (and not on a Saturday).  This service is provided complimentary.

However, if you change your mind after the service has been provided, then this is not a do-over and is subject to an additional charge for the new service requested.

Privacy Practices:

Information collected from this site or in our salon is only used for confirmation calls, if we need to contact you for further information regarding your service, and for in-house promotions.



Retail returns must be made within 60 days of purchase, must be at least half full, and must be accompanied by the original receipt.  All makeup products sales are final.
